The Jasmine costume was the easiest to create since I bought everything. We found a cute pair (that was on clearance!) at Walmart. Disney Diva Tip: Okay, I know Aladdin goes barefoot, but if that’s not an option for you (particularly if you’re wearing the costume at a theme park), I recommend going with a pair of tan sandals. ![]() Unfortunately, we lost the hat before we took pictures of the full ensemble, but you can check out the blog to see how it looks. The belt was just some spare brown fabric she had that she attached velcro to make it adjustable and help hold the pants up, and the hat was featured on the blog, “ Colors of Our Rainbow” and I discovered through a Pinterest search. We were actually lucky for the Aladdin costume because my mom was able to make the entire outfit and luckily, had most of the fabric already on hand. Luckily for me, I also happen to have an obsession with doing fairytale photoshoots with my kids, and decided that an Aladdin and Jasmine photoshoot would be the perfect costume (and a great way to get us in the dressing up spirit!) With Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) in full swing at both Disneyland and Disney World and Halloween coming quickly around the corner, it can be hard to choose the perfect costume for your family, especially if you want your kiddos to coordinate. ![]()
